We aim to respond within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, UK time).

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• the email address your account is registered with (never send passwords);
• your Organisation's name;
• your device model and operating system version (for example, "iPhone 14, iOS 18");
• what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• screenshots, if helpful.

Before you contact us

• Can't sign in / no invite? Access to Operify AI is provisioned by your employer or organisation. If you haven't received an invitation, or your access was removed, please contact your manager or your organisation's Operify administrator. We cannot create accounts directly for individual users. If you've forgotten your password, ask your organisation's Operify administrator to reset it.
• Wrong shift, task, or site data? Your organisation's administrators manage this data. Ask them first; they can correct it in the Operify dashboard.
• App problems? Try updating to the latest version of the app, then restarting your phone. Most sync issues resolve once the device is back online.

Report a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Operify AI, please email hello@operifyai.co.uk with the subject line "Security report". Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
