The story
Most FM software is workforce software with a cleaning skin on it.
It was built by people who have never priced a tender at 2am, never lost a contract because a client could not see the work, and never had an auditor ask for a signed RAMS that did not exist. Operify AI started from the opposite end. From a decade inside the operation, and from a list of the specific, expensive things that go wrong. Then we built the software around that list.
