What the app stores on your device, what our websites use, and how to change any of it.
This Cookie Policy explains how Codedevza AI Ltd (Company No. 16485057, registered in England and Wales, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ) ("Operify", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies in the Operify AI mobile app (the "App") and on our websites (including operifyai.co.uk and any Operify web pages we operate).
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
- Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device by websites you visit.
- Similar technologies include local storage, on-device databases and caches, and SDK identifiers, which can store information on your device in ways comparable to cookies. UK law (PECR) treats storing or accessing information on your device in a similar way, whichever technology is used, which is why this policy covers the App's local storage even though the App does not use cookies.
2. The mobile app: no cookies
The Operify AI App does not use cookies and does not contain embedded web browsers (WebViews) that set cookies. Signing in uses secure tokens sent in the app's own network requests, not browser cookies.
The App does store limited information on your device so that it can work properly:

This on-device storage is strictly necessary for the App to function and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The App contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
Where crash reporting or product analytics are enabled in the App, they send information using the App's own network requests rather than cookies; what they collect is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Our websites
Our websites use cookies in the following categories:

Where consent is required, we ask for it through a cookie banner before non-essential cookies are set, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the cookie settings link on the site.
Where we use analytics on our websites, we choose providers that process data within the European Union, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. We keep this information up to date as our website tooling changes.
4. Managing cookies
- Websites: you can use our cookie banner/settings to accept or decline non-essential cookies, and your browser settings to block or delete cookies (bear in mind blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site). See your browser's help pages, or visit allaboutcookies.org for guidance.
- App: because the App's local storage is essential to its operation, it cannot be switched off separately; you can clear it by signing out or uninstalling the App. Device-level permissions (such as location) are controlled in your device settings.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time (for example, if we add new site tooling). We will post updates here with a revised "Last updated" date.
